    Placing Order

    • 2. To submit an order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on Abercrombie & Fitch. After that you will receive an order confirmation/invoice which will act as an acknowledgement of your order.
    • 3. Whilst we make the best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on Abercrombie & Fitch are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before we have shipped it to you and you have already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund.
    • 4. We are under no obligation to fulfill your order if the price listed on Abercrombie & Fitch is incorrect.
    • 5. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your order, we will request pre-authorization on your card to ensure sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the order confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
    • 6. Upon authorization of the payment, by clicking the “Place Order” button you are confirming that you have reviewed your order (product color, size, quantity (as relevant)), that the card belongs to you and that you have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of your order.
    • 7. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from Abercrombie & Fitch at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on Abercrombie & Fitch. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you the order confirmation/invoice, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

    • 9. Payment Method
      Abercrombie & Fitch accommodates several payment methods to ease your shopping experience.The payments methods available are:
    • Bank Transfer – Virtual Account

    Bank Transfer (Automatic Confirmation) or Virtual Account (VA) is bank transfer method using a unique virtual account number that will be issued once you finish the transaction process. The number will be different for each order.

    Advantages of using Virtual account:

    • • Easy & practical – Automatic confirmation by system, and the order will be processed immediately once payment is completed.
    • • Make sure to make the payment by 1x24 hours from the time of order confirmation to avoid automatic cancellations by our system.
    • Credit Card

    You can use your Mastercard, Visa and JCB credit card for payment. You need to input your card details on Checkout page. The required data you need to input are:

    • • 16 digits of card number.
    • • Card’s expiry date.
    • • CVV Numbers: 3 digits of confidential numbers on the back of the card. Orders that use a different name than stated on the card will be cancelled by the system as fraud prevention mechanism.

    Delivery

    • 1. We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery stated in your order.
    • 2. We will attempt to notify you if there is a delay in delivery, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
    • 3. We deliver in our standard packaging. You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
    • 4. CLICK and COLLECT Abercrombie & Fitch allows you to choose CLICK and COLLECT service, where you can shop on our website and collect the products at a store of your choice.

    Guides on CLICK and COLLECT:

      • 1. You can choose CLICK and COLLECT service during the shipment detail process where you will need to select the store you wish to collect your order from.
      • 2. We will send your collection code by Email to the registered Email ID once your order is ready to be collected.
      • 3. You can collect the products only after receiving the collection code by Email. Show the code to our Cashier to complete the process. If you lose your collection code, please contact our Customer Service Team and we can help you to resend it.
      • 4. CLICK and COLLECT method can only be selected if all the products are available from one single location.

    Return Policy

    Criterias
    • 1. Product purchased at full price. We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased during promotion period.
    • 2. Product must have never been used and must still be in its original condition, complete with labels attached to the product and without damage.
    • 3. Product must has no stains, broken seams, missing buttons, loosened threads or other conditions that deem the product to be defective or damaged.
    • 4. Products must have its brand box and packaging in its original condition. The box and packaging must not be broken or dented, not attached to any adhesive material, and complete with other items from the original packaging such as cartons, clothes hangers, stickers, ribbons, ropes, polybags, plastic, and other objects.
    • 5. Request for product return must be made within 7 (seven) days of when the order is received. Returned products must be received at the pre-determined location no later than 7 (seven) days after the date of return is approved by Abercrombie & Fitch.
    • 6. When returning the product, please use the outer/packaging box as we sent you and cover the product packaging with a sturdy wrapper and add a “FRAGILE” sticker to the shipment to damage on the original box during shipment. We do not accept any form of returns where there is damage to the product and the product packaging/box.
    • 7. Refund process takes 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) working days. It may vary depending on the refund method. Refund will be made as soon as we have received the returned products and according to your initial payment method selected during puchase. We do not refund the shipping costs of returned products.

    Exchange Policy

    We do not support exchange of the products but you may return your product for a full refund (provided the exchanged product meets the criteria) and place a new order.

    Exceptions

    Due to health and sanitary considerations, return requests do not apply specifically to swimwear, sports bras, sportswear, tights (including tights/leggings, compression/compression pants, cycling shorts), socks, fitness equipment, sports accessories (including hats), and other products or brands with specific Terms and Conditions and which have been stated clearly in the description.

    Faulty Products
    • 1. All product descriptions, information, and materials posted on Abercrombie & Fitch are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties expressed, implied, or otherwise howsoever arising.
    • 2. If the product that you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide us with your order number, name and address, product details, and the reason for return, and an information on a refund or an exchange request.
    • 3. Upon receipt of the faulty product, we will examine it and advise you on the status of the refund or exchange (if any).
    • 4. Abercrombie & Fitch may at its discretion refuse to process an exchange. However, we may offer a refund as a substitute remedy.
    • 5. In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to exchange or refund for the product.

    MAPCLUB POINTS


    MAPCLUB POINTS EARN
    • 1. MAPCLUB POINTS will only be earned for orders which are successfully delivered.
    • 2. Points will be earned on full transaction value paid nett of VAT
    • 3. If a product is returned, the MAPCLUB Points earned will be reversed for each individual product returned
    • 4. In the event that a product and your MAPCLUB account goes into a negative balance after reversing the earned points, MAPCLUB reserves the right to contact you to pay the equivalent of the points in negative balance and/or suspend/cancel your membership.
    • 5. MAPCLUB Points, will be credited 30 (thirty) days after product is delivered.

Both Abercrombie & Fitch and you as the user/customer hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. All dealings, correspondences, and contacts between Abercrombie & Fitch and you as the user/customer shall be made or conducted in the Indonesian language.

    This Privacy Policy governs how Abercrombie and Fitch, a premium apparel retailer owned by PT Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk (“Abercrombie & Fitch” or “us” or “we”) handles information and personal data from users of Abercrombie & Fitch and  sites, mobile applications, services, and customers of our stores and webstores. (“User” or “you”) means users of our sites, mobile applications, services, and customers of our stores and webstores. The terms (“personal data” or “personal information”) refer to information, data or a combination of data that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, and includes personal data or similar terms as defined in applicable law.

    Abercrombie & Fitch respects your concerns about privacy and commits to protect the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes the basis, terms and conditions that apply to the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, storage, updating, display, announcement, delivery, dissemination, disclosure, and/or opening of access, deletion and destruction associated with the information and personal data provided by User to us and data collected by Abercrombie & Fitch from User either when User register as customers, access our sites, use mobile applications, makes a purchase at our stores or webstores and/or use services provided by us.

    Information We Collect

    We may obtain personal information about you from various sources, including when you use, access and/or create an account at Abercrombie & Fitch sites and mobile applications, when you visit or make a purchase at our stores and webstores, when you communicate and interact with us through phone, email, or social media, from our group companies (i.e, parent, affiliate or subsidiary companies), business partners and other third parties who have permission to share your personal data with us.

    The types of information and personal data that we collect include, but are not limited to:

    • Individual identification information (e.g., date of birth, age, gender,).
    • Photograph (for example when you submit for a contest or join our events).

    • We also may use third-party website analytics tools, which collect information about visitor traffic on our sites and mobile applications.

    How We Use Your Information

    We may use the information we obtain from you to:

    Our legal basis for collecting and using personal information will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which the information is collected.

    We need personal information in order to fulfill a contract with you, where we have a legal obligation to do so or where it is in our legitimate interests to carry out the processing (such as processing for administrative purposes, direct marketing, service improvement, fraud or criminal action prevention and support information security) and not to the exclusion of your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with legal requirements or to fulfill a contract with you, we will explain this at the time of collection of the information. We will also tell you whether the requirements for the information are mandatory and explain any consequences to you if you do not provide the information.

PT Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk is the data controller of all personal information collected, unless otherwise stated in an additional privacy notice.

    Online Advertising

    On our websites, we may collect information about your online activities to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. You may see certain ads on this site and other sites because we participate in advertising networks. Ad networks allow us to target our advertising to users through demographic, behavioral and contextual means. These networks track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of cookies, web server logs, web beacons and other methods. The networks use this information to show you advertisements for Abercrombie & Fitch and our business partners that are tailored to your individual interests.     We may need to transfer your information to our affiliates, business partners, and/or service providers in countries outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia. If we transfer your information outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia, we will ensure that your information is properly protected. We will always ensure that the country where the third party is based has a level of protection of personal data that is equivalent to or higher than Indonesia, or the third party who will receive your personal data has adequate and binding standards of protection for personal data. If these standards are not met, we will implement additional safeguards or obtain your explicit consent before proceeding

    Storage and Retention

    We will store and retain your personal data for as long as reasonably needed or permitted for the purpose(s) for which it was obtained.

    Personal data we collected are stored in electronic format. We store your data in data centers managed either by us or by service providers on our behalf. All of our facilities and systems are equipped with the necessary security controls to ensure the protection of personal data.

    We may retain your personal data to provide the services you have requested, or for other important purposes, such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes and implementing our policies. Retention periods can vary significantly based on the type of information and how it is used.     How We Protect Personal Information

    We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to assist us in protecting the personal information we collect against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. For example, we use Secure Sockets Layer encryption to protect certain of your purchase information while in transit. Please note that no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard personal information will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective. We will notify you in writing if we find any failure to protect data confidentiality. To further protect yourself, you should safeguard your Abercrombie & Fitch account username and password and not share that information with anyone. You should also sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to our sites. Please note that we will never ask for your Abercrombie & Fitch account username or password via email.

    Age Limit

    Abercrombie & Fitch does not sell its products to anyone we know to be under the age of 17 (seventeen). We require registered users of the site to be at least 17 (seventeen) years old. As a user and to place an order within Abercrombie.id, you must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age. If you are under the age of 17 (seventeen), you must only place an order with abercrombie.id, with the consent and involvement of your parent or guardian.
