Online Return Policy
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund, subject to the following terms.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
We accept returns within 7 (seven) days after receipt of your order. Please ensure the items are new, unworn and in their original packaging with their accessories and the tag attached to the products.
Products that are not eligible for return are: Customized items, sale items, items discounted 30% or above, accessories, perfume, underwear, swimwear.
Send an email to our Customer Service: hello@abercrombie.id and we will arrange for a courier to pick-up the return item from your address.
Refund Process
Please allow up to 14 days to be credited of the refund of your return after the item has been picked up. The timing is due to the length of time it takes for the parcel to reach our warehouse; the quality control checks and the time for the bank to process the refund.
Exchange Product
We currently don't offer exchanges for online purchases. But, worry not, we do have a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return your item within 7 days after receiving your order. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return, and we'll be happy to assist you with a refund.
