In Store Returns & Exchanges
Store Return & Exchange Policy
If you made a purchase from our offline store, you may exchange the products. Merchandise must be in its original condition and is subject to the terms of the policy at the location processing the exchange. Product returns or exchanges at an offline store are not allowed if you made a purchase from our online store.
If you made a purchase from our offline store, you have 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to exchange items. Returns are not allowed. You can only exchange merchandise to a store in the country in which the merchandise was purchased with the items and the purchase receipt.
Before Visiting Us
Before visiting us, we recommend that you consult the return conditions:
- For reasons of hygiene, items of swimwear, lingerie, underwear and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be offered for sale again.
- Fragrances, candles, packed items, sunglasses and other cosmetics must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Sale item, items discounted 30% or above, cannot be exchanged or returned.
